CBS All Access’ The Good Fight returns to fight the power on Thursday, March 14, with ten new episodes, the streaming service said Wednesday at the biannual Television Critics Association press tour in Pasadena, Calif.
Michael Sheen joins the cast in season three as lawyer and “corruption incarnate” Roland Blum. It’s nothing new for Diane Lockhart (Christine Baranski) and her team, all of whom are busy trying to figure out whether they can resist a crazy administration without going crazy themselves.
Meanwhile, Adrian Boseman (Delroy Lindo) and Liz Reddick-Lawrence (Audra McDonald) struggle with a new post-factual world in which the lawyer who tells the best story triumphs over the lawyer with the best facts. Lucca Quinn (Cush Jumbo) balances a new baby with a new love, while Maia Rindell (Rose Leslie) is left to deal with the very challenging Blum.
Robert and Michelle King, the married couple behind CBS’ Emmy-winning The Good Wife, serve as showrunners and executive producers of the series, which they co-created with Phil Alden Robinson. Ridley Scott, David W. Zucker, Liz Glotzer, Brooke Kennedy and William Finkelstein also serve as executive producers. The series is produced by CBS Television Studios in association with Scott Free Productions and King Size Productions. The series is distributed worldwide by CBS Studios International.
